Reusable nappies are better for bums. Our nappies are made from super absorbent bamboo cotton rather than chemical gels and plastics which can be found in other nappies. This is less likely to irritate your babies delicate skin and can help reduce nappy rash. And not to forget, they look super cute too. Not much is better than a beautifully designed nappy for the most stylish planet friendly little bottom.

Disposable nappies are now considered to be one of the worlds greatest waste problems, yet only around 2 to 5% of the world’s population are using reusable nappies.
Babies need at least 4,000 nappy changes in their first 2.5 years of life and each and every one of those nappies takes around 500 years to decompose! Currently, disposable nappy products are the third biggest contributor to landfills, aiding in the worlds plastic pollution and non-biodegradable waste. It is estimated that 250 million single-use nappies are thrown away across the world every day (that's 90 billion a year!) We think this stinks!

Bringing choices firmly back into parents hands

As a neonatal nurse and mum of two boys myself who had both of my babies admitted to the neonatal unit, I am aware of the feelings that arise when your baby is whisked away from you and put into an incubator. Having those special moments and dreams changed in a flash can be very hard to handle. That cute little first outfit you had packed ready can sometimes feel like a marathon away when your staring through the incubator at your tiny preemie in nothing but a nappy. Reusable nappies are increasing in popularity everyday and I believe that premature babies should be at the forefront of this movement. I felt that if premature cloth nappies were available in a choice of cute designs, it would enable parents to have those choices that have been taken away put firmly back into parents hands. This is where my journey began.
Incorporating parents immediately into family integrated care is extremely valuable for babies and parent bonding and nappy changes are usually the first task on hand! There is a high shift in demand for reusable cloth nappies, with huge benefits to the environment and your finances so why should premature babies not be at the forefront of this movement! I am extremely proud to be able to offer this to parents.
